Team Overview
At Moody’s Analytics Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Supplier (KYS), we solve problems that matter. We are a cross-functional team of sales and marketing, technology and product professionals who are all passionate about preventing criminal infiltration of the world’s financial system and bringing transparency to global supply chains by detecting fraud, terrorism, human trafficking, and other criminal threats.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our engineers, QA, Product Managers and UX Designers to deliver features or bug fixes
- Build, test, and deploy your changes
- Participate in team Agile ceremonies (daily standup, retrospectives, and planning meetings)
Qualifications:
The main criteria we are looking for is that you have good problem solving and communication skills, an understanding of programming concepts in at least one modern language and are eager to work in our tech stack. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is important to us.
Must-haves: Experience with at least one modern programming language – our teams use Python, JavaScript / TypeScript and Rust, you don’t need to have prior experience with these languages but being willing to learn and work with them is necessary.
Nice to have: Experience with SQL, writing automated tests, use of GitHub, any experience working as part of a development team would also be a bonus (group work, prior internship experience etc).
