Job Description
1. Maintain and enhance financial databases (PowerBI Dashboard, Excel templates with BPC retrieval parameters, etc) according to the current business needs.
2. Review and enhance forecast templates (Sales, Expense & PGM)
3. Maintain monthly actual vs. forecast analysis
4. Set up database & process for tracking of overseas trip expenses
5. Monitoring of tender sales outlook & flash
6. Develop and maintain intern guidebook
7. Actively identify, coordinate, or execute initiatives improving process effectiveness & efficiency

Secondary Language(s) Job Description:
1. Advanced Excel skill
2. Knowledge or fast learner of Office 365 tools, e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps.
