SEA Cluster Marketing Intern (Part-time)

The Position

The SEA Cluster Marketing Intern sits within the Marketing and Commercial Operations (MCOPs) Team for the SEA Cluster. The MCOPs Team produces marketing campaigns for 4 Business Franchises across 8 different Countries. The Team is responsible for Marketing, Sales Force Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Trade Channel Campaigns and Digital/Data Analytics.

Responsibilities:

This role will be part of the Marketing and Commercial Operations (MCOPs) Team working cross-functionally to support the Brand Lead:

  • Development of marketing assets, and the promotional approval process in a timely and coordinated manner. This includes working with cross-functional colleagues (Medical, Compliance, Legal) to understand asset requirements and to update/make changes if needed.
  • Execute digital campaigns and manage digital channels in partnership with relevant agencies: e.g. Website, Salesforce (SFMC), and Webcast platforms
  • Collection and Analysis of customer data & trends (both online & offline)

There is a big responsibility regarding the creation of promotional materials within our industry. This includes materials to brand our products, engage healthcare professionals and educate patients. In this role you will play an important part in the development of marketing assets. Working together with the brand leads, marketing agencies and other relevant stakeholders in the process of ideation to realization.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor of Business, major in Marketing or Communications OR equivalent programs.

We are looking for somebody who is:

  • Passionate about marketing, some digital marketing experience is preferred but not compulsory
  • Able to commit to an internship for a minimum of 5 months, 24 hours per week, preferably starting Mar 2024
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and curious
  • Tech savvy
  • Creative design skills

Learning Outcome:

  • Understanding of Marketing & Marketing operations in a Pharmaceutical Company
  • Sharpening of cross functional collaboration, critical thinking and influencing skills
  • Development in marketing (digital & offline) capabilities (campaign planning, analysis, creation, implementation)
  • Regional exposure across SEA markets and experience working in a Cluster model
