Business Development Manager

Business Development ManagerYou will be responsible to assist Business Development Director to execute projects to expand value chain in China into new market. Able to work with Group Purchase Organization (GPO) and Private Hospital Group to ensure that they collaborate and prefer Roche products. The person also needs to work with distributors to align with GPO so that Roche could secure hospitals that being outsourced. Besides that he/she will need to educate our distributors if they intend to enter the outsourcing contract directly with hospitals. The person will deal directly with Private Hospital Group in terms of negotiating and securing deal for nationwide placement or purchase. - Assisting Business Development Director to assess feasibility of new market opportunities and proposing implementation paths for new market development; - Building up the strategic partnership with external related parties; - Executing strategic projects and developing new business growth; - Working with varies of functions/regions to set clear customer business plan, driving for right product plan and other resource needed for future; - Achieving sales budget and customer satisfaction; - Negotiating and executing appropriate deals with GPO and Private Hospital Group; - Working either with distributors or direct in securing GPO or Private Hospital Group.
