Order Process Associate - Dutch speaking

As a Dutch speaking Order Process Associate you will execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level in the procurement services field and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage the ordering processes,
    - Complete, control and validate purchase requisitions,
    - Send purchase orders to vendors,
    - Maintain and follow up of purchase orders,
    - Resolve the appearing issues

  • Support purchase invoice reconciliation and liaise with the accounts payable department in connection with invoicing procedures,

  • Make reports on the given activities

  • RFP management

  • Manage Contract Repository



You have a College or University degree in finance and accounting, or a related economics subject and you bring 1-3 year operative procurement related experience.

Furthermore you bring the following skills and competences:

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 

  • You have outstanding customer orientation and service focus

  • You are  team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
