What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a proven, tactical and strategic Regional Sales Director (RSD) to spearhead a team of Account Executives who are tasked with accelerating growth in our enterprise accounts in the Singapore market. The appointed RSD will partner with the Enterprise Sales Leader to drive strategic, enterprise-wide Cloud 3.0 sales initiatives within this segment. Lead a highly visible and motivated team that generates revenues and achieves personal, team and organisational quotas.

You'll be a valuable contributor to the corporate sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve corporate goals. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business application sales and management history. Some of the things you’ll be doing include :

  • Supporting Account Executives by participating and orchestrating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.

  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties.

  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories.

  • Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification.

  • Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast.

  • Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team.

  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory.

  • Identify hiring and skills gaps in Sales team.

Who you are :

  • Experienced. At least 5 years experience leading and managing a sales team.

  • Amazing Salesperson. You have a desire, even an obsession, to bring / expand customers into the Salesforce Trailblazer community and to maximise revenue. You have the ability to develop and manage a team sales pipeline with a proven track record of handling and closing a large number of transactions simultaneously.

  • Leader. Exceptional leadership skills: a strong recruiter and motivator of people.

  • Builder. Solid track record of building and developing highly effective sales talent.

  • Excellent Communication. Proven collaborator and liaison with all levels and departments within an organisation and have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Missionary. Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Salesforce Cloud 3.0 vision
