Risk Transformation Analyst - Permanent - Milton Keynes

We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk Transformation Analyst to be based in our Milton Keynes office.

As a Risk Transformation Analyst you will be responsible for supporting change initiatives across Corporate Risk with a focus on launching and leading initiatives to improve and/or implement new ways of working in a range of different areas such as risk culture, governance, people, policies, processes, risk models and systems.

As a Risk Transformation Analyst your main responsibilities will be

* To support the strategic transformation agenda for Corporate Risk, ensuring that solutions supporting end to end credit management are fit for purpose, fully integrated with the business and aligned to the strategic plans for corporate risk. To facilitate the challenge of current processes and run initiatives to develop and implement a best in class operating model.
* Support the execution of initiatives/projects within the Risk Transformation Plan relating to Corporate Risk. Help coordinate plans with other Risk and business team activity, developing the optimal plan for delivery.
* Help create a partnership culture with key business areas, ensuring input to and influence over business decisions.
* Ensures all communications are clear, contain the right amount of detail, are accurate and actionable.
* Uses expertise and experience to direct / influence stakeholders to continually improve credit risk management tools, techniques and strategies.

Minimum skills and experience required

* Track record in building good relationships with stakeholders and Influencing skills facilitate cross-functional working across the division and wider business.
* Experience in delivering change in operational areas.
* Proven analytical and problem analysis skills, able to draw meaningful conclusions from data and undertake data analysis.
* Able to organise own workload and meet deadlines and works effectively both individually and as part of a team.
* Positive, "can do" attitude, energetic, creative and dynamic towards work
