Role Details
A F&B Runner/Barback is a professional who is responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant and help setting up bars and F&B outlets. They help Waiters and Bartenders maintain a clean environment for bars and restaurants throughout the dining experience of the House.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Multitasking skills to ensure members and guests get their orders quickly
- Able to prepare and setup bars and stations
- Organisational skills to easily locate bar desks and tables to fulfil orders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customers’ requests are met
- Ability to remain on their feet for several hours
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• F&B passion and guest orientation;
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented;
• Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills;
• You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language, if required.
