  • Develop a revolutionary onboarding approach that prioritizes rapid acclimation and productivity of new hires to their functional roles.
  • Strategize different training modalities to meet the diverse needs of learners (e.g., across Commercial, Engineering, and Support teams) while achieving a best-in-class, consistent onboarding experience at TTD.
  • Collaborate with L&D team, L&D partners, and functional SMEs to oversee the execution of TTD-wide functional onboarding, assessing impact and success.
  • Build and mentor a dedicated onboarding team capable of delivering exceptional results and continuously elevating our onboarding standards.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the executive team on onboarding and effective learning strategies.
  • Use metrics and feedback to refine and scale onboarding processes, ensuring they remain agile and effective across functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Engineering, Business Development, Client Services, Talent Acquisition, and Growth executives to ensure alignment of people-focused initiatives.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience leading employee learning and onboarding programs (preferably in high-growth corporate environments).
  • Proven experience building and scaling role-specific onboarding within a global organization.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence (and debate) global senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing sustainable, successful learning, talent, and/or onboarding programs.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide work direction to direct and indirect reports and peers.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
