CRM Project Executive - 12 months FTC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Disney Destinations International (DDI) team as a CRM Project Executive for the duration of a 12 months fixed term contract. The CRM Project Executive will support the CRM Manager by developing, implementing and maintaining key eCRM campaigns and projects with a focus on triggered emails.



They will support the DDI business to achieve the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Paris, and booking, revenue and per diem goals for Disney Cruise Line through CRM – with a focus on the delivery of a set of key data-driven email communications projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping to plan and implement key eCRM projects to meet the short and long-term needs of the business for Walt Disney World (WDW), Disney Cruise Line (DCL) and Disneyland Paris (DLP), including but not limited to:
  • Scoping the business requirements for new eCRM projects (most specifically, data-driven dynamic email campaigns), taking into account the needs of key stakeholders
  • Engaging with internal contacts and external agencies to effectively manage costs, timings and KPIs for each project
  • Applying project management skills to implement deliverables effectively in order to achieve agreed milestones, adhere to budgets and align with KPIs
  • Ensuring all eCRM projects are tracked with relevant reports and develop a full review document for each project – the goal being to ascertain key insights/actions that can inform future planning
  • Manage the day-to-day running of all triggered eCRM programmes, ensuring updates and enhancements are delivered on time by supplying briefs/assets/feedback to agencies, ensuring sign-off in a timely manner and ensuring delivery in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Ensure an effective relationship is maintained between the UK CRM team and our wider stakeholders by adhering to Disney’s best practice guidelines
  • Support with future planning and recommendations to develop our CRM programmes, keeping them effective and current/ahead vs. the market place
  • Liaise with The Walt Disney Travel Company marketing and sales team as needed to ensure the smooth implementation of all projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Data-driven email/CRM project management and marketing experience, ideally in a major multi-national marketing environment
  • Proven success implementing and delivering email/CRM projects using effective project management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence throughout relevant levels of a highly matrix organization
  • Experience in consumer marketing
  • Experience of managing complex email campaigns that are deployed via large-scale eBroadcast platforms, e.g.: SalesForce
  • Working knowledge of digital project management platforms, i.e: JIRA, Slack
