HRIS Analyst (Project Hire)

Job Summary:

HRIS responsibilities include testing connected HR systems and processes, defining business processes, data entry, and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Information Solutions
    • Perform audits to ensure data is synchronized between multiple HR systems
    • Perform testing to support HR system data integration
    • Partner remotely with the Organization Management team and HRIS teams who sit in other time zones
    • Engage with key contacts in technical and functional teams across the enterprise to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions
  • Project Support
    • Support data entry efforts in partnership with teams across various time zones
    • Manage local databases to enable more efficient data transformation and interpretation
    • Liaise with global GHRO partners to share process and system knowledge
    • Communicate job aids, end user training, and business processes
  • Technical Support
    • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support of Enterprise HR Systems (SAP, D Learn, D Achieve, etc.)
    • Support Microsoft Access and SQL databases to manage repeatable processes in an accurate and consistent manner

Basic Qualifications:

  • Any prior experience in HR or Workforce Management Function
  • Prior experience with HR or Time Recording Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years prior experience in HR or Workforce Management Function
  • Prior experience with SAP or D Learn
  • College-level background in web-based application development (ASP.Net, C#, Python, HTML5, JavaScript…)
  • Knowledge of relational database structure. Preferred experience with SQL.

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
