Manager Digital Guest Experience M/F - Permanent Contract

Job Summary:

The Digital team at Disneyland Paris is responsible for the end-to-end, Guest experience for all digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business. The team is responsible for concept development, defining and executing these initiatives in collaboration with key partners.

The Manager, Digital Product position will be part of the Digital Guest Experience (DGE) team, which focuses on enhancing and facilitating the holistic Guest vacation by providing digital tools that remove hassles allowing the Guest to maximize their vacation experience and memories. The Manager will lead the strategic direction of our DGE platform by working closely with operations, design, analytics, engineers and executive teams to develop, launch & improve our DGE across various lines of businesses in order to grow business opportunities for DLP.

Your Missions?

  • Manage a team that leads select Lines of Business of the digital Guest journey
  • Support Senior Management to define and execute a cohesive digital strategy related to a specific set of products, collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
  • Identify digital opportunities, new areas for development, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for digital Commerce and experiences across all lines of business
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements, which ensures existing products are constantly being enhanced and new products are launched on a regular basis
  • Support the team with documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, project logistics, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/enhancements

The keys to your success?

  • 5+ years of experience working in product management
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate and influence decision making with all levels in the organization (business, executive, technical)
  • Strong customer empathy and passion for building first-class experience for Disney guests
