Talent Acquisition Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our amazing Talent Acquisition Team in Amsterdam!
What you'll do
- You will be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in Western Europe, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities;
- You will connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible!
- You will be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events;
- You will also have the chance to organize internal and external events for your fellow interns!
What you'll need
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or any other related field;
- You are either an EU citizen OR are enrolled in a Dutch university;
- You are fluent in English;
- Fluency in Dutch is a big plus;
- You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills;
- You are a good team player, while being able to work independently;
- You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
- You are curious and eager to learn;
- You have great communication and relationship-building skills;
- Having an interest in Tech is a plus!
