The Human Resources team work closely with all areas of the business to understand their needs and make sure that we provide a truly inclusive and supportive environment for UKTV’s most important asset, our people. Purpose of the role


This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working both projects as well as day to day operational duties/administration.

Work across the whole HR function and get stuck in wherever needed!

Support the rollout of our people and culture strategy by working on projects across HR, Talent and Reward

 Provide advice and guidance for managers and colleagues on a range of people issues

 


We are looking for someone who is…


Experienced in a generalist HR function and has the ability to quickly immerse themselves in a company and its culture

Skilled at making and maintaining positive relationships with a range of people

Very organised with great project management skills

Highly proactive and flexible and able to work in a fast paced changing environment

 



You’ll work across the whole HR team supporting on the day-to-day, as well as leading on projects and initiatives where needed across HR operations & business partnering, Reward and Benefits and Talent and Recruitment.


 


Who you are (person specification)


-         Experienced in a generalist HR function with the ability to quickly understand a company and its culture


-         Previous experience in recruiting roles from start to finish


-         Skilled at making and maintaining positive relationships with a range of people across all levels


-         A great influencer who can positively challenge where needed


-         Can effectively manage expectations and priotise according to the needs of the team and the business


-         Very organised with great project management skills


-         A good communicator who can adapt messages to an audience and communicate people initiaties in an engaging way


-         Flexible and adaptable and happy to get stuck in where needed!


-         Highly proactive and able to work in a fast paced changing environment
