Identity Management Developer - open to location / remote permitted

Willis Towers Watson IT is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Identity Management Developer. In this position, the successful candidate must demonstrate enterprise-level ability to support a mature environment and associated services in a large dynamic, global environment.  Responsibile for the design, development, and support of identity solutions based on Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD and Azure AD Connect. 

The Role

The Global Cloud and Identity team provides global engineering, development, and operational support for WTW"EURTMs Identity Management infrastructure and its integration with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure. The team maintains a core set of infrastructure services and must collaborate with several business and technical teams to maintain a stable environment while delivering solutions in support of WTW IT global initiatives. 
Major Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of identity solutions and related technologies
- Partners with various IT teams, vendors, and or lines of business to ensure solutions are built to best practices and will meet all applicable business, legal, and audit requirements
- Provides subject matter expertise in Identity Management
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of technical requirements, designs, infrastructure, and support processes
- Develops and promotes code through various environments following global change control processes
- Provides production support including ticket resolution and escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 service desk support teams
- Proposes software and or configuration enhancements to adapt to changes in business requirements or to gain efficiencies through automation

The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated, and driven to complete tasks in a timely manner. The candidate must also be able to work independently and as part of a global IT team.The Requirements 
- Bachelor"EURTMs degree in Computer Science or related / equivalent field experience- Advanced C# / .NET / Web Services analysis, design, development, and testing experience
- Identity Management related development and support experience, preferably with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture
- Intermediate level experience with PowerShell scripting
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft SQL Server (nested queries, stored procedures, views, normalization, cluster, etc)
- Intermediate level experience with Active Directory, ADFS, and Exchange
- Intermediate level experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud technologies including Azure AD and Azure AD Connect
- Intermediate support experience with Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 and above)
- Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure components, including but not limited to networking, load balancing, firewall rules, SSL, system management / monitoring, and hardware components (storage, CPU, etc.)
- Positive team-first attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities
