Lead Relationship Manager

The Role

A senior role in our Retail business leading the growth, development and retention of our large and complex client opportunities. You will bring the entire Willis Towers Watson value proposition to bear with a principal focus on growth orientated activities working existing new clients, existing Retail clients and clients of other WTW segments. You will craft strategies to quantify, mitigate, and transfer risk, taking advantage of our specialist industry experience and unparalleled market know-how. The result is a new way of embracing risk that drives superior results.
  • Fostering and developing engagement with clients at c-suite level on cross functional level.
  • Leveraging and leading with industry sector insight.
  • Building and executing multi-dimensional client engagement plans based on a growth agenda.
  • Leading the retention and strengthening of key existing client relationships.
  • Taking a pivotal role in unlocking opportunities for other WTW Lines of Business and Segments.
  • You will articulate a new way of embracing risk that drives superior results.
  • Reporting to the Retail leadership team/Industry Leaders.
  • Participating in the LRM WTW community to share in best practice, engagement with our GB & Global leadership and specific L&D designed for this community.
The Requirements
  • Track record of deploying and developing industry sector-based strategies.
  • Familiar with large and complex global Retail client requirements demands.
  • Comfortable in operating with a growth orientated agenda and KPI’s.
  • Strong client networks and industry centres of influence.
  • GB based.
  • Strong client facing communication skills.
  • Can demonstrate ability to navigate and bring the best results from our business
