Software Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join our team. You should value expertise and display knowledge of Quality Engineering concepts and methodologies with a passion for the craft of Quality Engineering. We use automated testing with Selenium in an Agile/Scrum environment.
The Role 
We are a group of passionate Quality Engineers that have built the award-winning "EURoeBright Choices"EUR web portal in addition to other customer-facing products for a global audience. We are looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to join our team. You should value expertise and display an advanced knowledge of Quality Engineering concepts and methodologies with a passion for the craft of Quality Engineering. Act as a strong voice of Quality and mentors others on Quality Engineering best practices. You should be able to recognize and stay up to date on current techniques and tools, but also be pragmatic at knowing what is and isn"EURTMt a good fit.
"EUR- Focus on requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, automated and manual testing and investigative analysis of defects to verify code changes during the development cycles
"EUR- Write complex automated tests and mentors peers in providing automation test strategies and acting as an integral part of automation proposals.
"EUR- Hands-on expertise with testing automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Specflow, Postman) and test scripting
"EUR- Develop and maintain a suite of automated tests supporting code releases, migrating manual tests to automation where appropriate, and exploring other opportunities to increase automated testing.
"EUR- Has a strong knowledge on the usage of multiple programming languages along with knowledge of MS DB technology stack
"EUR- Able to identify gaps in test coverage and perform other testing as necessary including performance, security, accessibility, and user acceptance
"EUR- Write clear, concise, descriptive bug reports and verify bug fixes
"EUR- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
"EUR- Work and communicate effectively in an agile team environment
"EUR- Mentor others on the team, but be open to others"EURTM ideas
"EUR- Any other duties as assigned

The Requirements 
"EUR- Proficient at Associate Software Developer Level or equivalent experience in the software testing field
"EUR- Bachelor"EURTMs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
"EUR- 2+ years of software quality engineering and software applications and service testing
"EUR- ISTQB certification preferred
"EUR- Experience with principles of ALM and software development methodologies preferred
"EUR- Experience with load and performance testing tools preferred
"EUR- Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks preferred
"EUR- Effective communication and documentation skills required
"EUR- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, healthcare, or wealth management preferred
"EUR- Certifications or professional training in software engineering principles such as test automation and agile development methodologies desired
