Sr Client Service Specialist - Health and Benefits

Willis Towers Watson’s Health & Benefits Practice designs and deploys cutting-edge employee benefit and reward programs for today’s leading employers. The Senior Client Service Specialist performs day-to-day service to mid-market clients. This client-facing position leverages established competencies and advanced knowledge expertise related to Health and Benefits to best service clients.

The Role
  • Responsible for servicing assigned book of business, with guidance of the Team Leader
  • Accountable for retaining existing accounts and relationship development
  • Understand the client’s business, goals, and service level expectations
  • Deliver the Willis Towers Watson best in class tools and resources
  • Embrace and demonstrate our corporate values: Client Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect and Excellence
  • Coordination and implementation of new plans
  • Prepare and present open enrollment presentations
  • Management and resolution of day-to-day services issues
  • Development of strong carrier relationships and knowledge of products
  • Responsible for internal processes and requirements, i.e., WEM and EPIC
  • Client-facing role and some travel required
  • Other duties as assigned
The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of employee benefit products
  • Life/Health license required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player 
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with limited supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
  • Computer skills which include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, and web-based applications
  • Demonstrate a commitment to building new skills
  • Possesses and applies in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and processes
  • Knowledge of health and benefits insurance products
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective presentation skills
