A proven track record in inspiring others, developing effective strategy, programme execution, managing diverse teams and building effective partnerships. Originally from Lancashire in northern England, he holds a BA (Hons) degree in Modern & Medieval History with Italian from the University of Birmingham and was the first in his family to go to university. Matt takes a key role in the delivery of LGBT Great’s programmes and is responsible for the organisation’s strategic direction. His vision for the financial services industry is to achieve LGBT+ equality and inclusion maturity to deliver on the expectations of employees, clients and investors.     Chloe Davies is an award winning founder, creative, a passionate social impact consultant, chef, and entrepreneur who has dedicated much of her 20+ year career campaigning for inclusion and equality in all spaces, whether in-house at agency level, corporate organisations or through wider community engagement. With over 15 years of experience in retail, artist management, and PR, Chloe has honed her expertise in leadership, social impact and inclusive representation. Her work centres around authentic storytelling, creating spaces of belonging, mental health & well-being, self-empowerment, culture change and workplace advocacy. Simply put, she is trying to change the world for the better. In April 2023 she founded ‘It Takes A Village’ - a global collective for Black women in advertising, media, marketing and comms who's mission is to celebrate & champion them, for their talents to be seen, heard & amplified and together shape the collective industries into a space where Black women can have agency and succeed.

    Anne joined Fidelity International as CEO in December 2018 from M&G Investments where she was CEO and a director of its parent company Prudential plc. Anne was appointed a Director of FIL Limited in September 2019. She has worked in the asset management industry since 1992. Anne has almost three decades of experience as an analyst, portfolio manager and CIO and is a strong proponent of ESG investing. Her career path spans many blue chip global names in the financial sector including Alliance Capital, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Aberdeen Asset Management. Anne is a Chartered Engineer and began her career as a research fellow at CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research. She is a former chair of the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Practitioner Panel and is also a member of the US-based Board of Leaders of 2020 Women on Boards, which works to increase the proportion of women on corporate boards. Anne was publicly recognised in the UK for her services to the voluntary sector and to the Financial Services industry by being appointed a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (CVO) in 2014 and a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2015. Anne holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh as well as an honorary degree from Heriot-Watt University.

He co-led the creation and launch of the firm's first business resource group, PRIDE @ T. Rowe Price, which was established to ensure all associates can bring their full selves to the workplace. Prior to his role as Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, he was Head of T. Rowe Price Advisory Services, Inc and held a number of leadership roles as part of the firm's direct-to-consumer business in the United States. Tom is a passionate advocate for the LGBT+ community and strongly believes we all have a responsibility to attract, develop and retain LGBT+ talent in the asset management and financial services industries.

    Marie Dzanis is the head of EMEA for Northern Trust Asset Management. She has responsibility for overseeing the governance, operations, business development and talent of Northern Trust Asset Management. Marie is on the boards of Northern Trust Global Funds, PLC and Northern Trust Funds Managers (Ireland) Limited. She is chief executive officer of Northern Trust Global Investments Limited. She serves on the Northern Trust Asset Management Executive Committee and the Northern Trust EMEA Executive Committee. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2011, she held executive and leadership positions at iShares/Blackrock, JPMorgan Asset Management and Smith Barney. Marie’s comprehensive business acumen is demonstrated by having successfully managed multiple channels and the profitable growth of several lines of business in the institutional, intermediary and wealth channels. Her multifacted career began as a financial advisor and subsequently includes experience in securities lending and trading, product development, product sales, sales management and branch management. As a recognized industry leader with more than 25 years of investment management experience, Marie has been awarded a top "Women To Watch" award from Investment News in 2017 and “Top Women in Asset Management” award by Money Management Executive in May 2015. In addition, she is on the women’s board of the University of Chicago Cancer Foundation, involved in Women in ETFs, is on the Advisory Board for BlinkNow Foundation and is a producer for the Maggie Doyne documentary called "Love Letters to my Children."
