myGwork Meets Access MBA

LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Education and in the Workplace

Join us on the 20th of May when we'll be sitting down with Access MBA to discuss LGBTQ+ inclusion in education and in the workplace today. Access MBA will speak of the benefits in joining an MBA programme and how they support prospective students in connecting them with top business schools in the world.

myGwork will be speaking with two INSEAD alumni about their experiences of inclusion during their MBA programme and a representative from McKinsey & Company will talk about the organisation’s commitment to welcoming diversity and enabling people to feel included in the workplace.

This is an opportunity for both students and graduates to speak with LGBTQ+ professionals, to learn about inclusive practices and to gain insight to what it is like working for McKinsey & Company.

About Access MBA

The Access MBA Tour is a series of One-to-One events connecting qualified candidates with admissions directors through personal, face-to-face meetings. The innovative event concept was founded by Advent Group in 2004 and has set a new standard for educational events in the industry. The tour currently visits over 60 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, North America, Asia, and Africa.

Placing a premium on the safety of all participants, strictly following the regulations of each country during the Covid-19 pandemic, our events now take place online on our in-house events platform. Our dedicated team ensures all the guidance and support we usually provide during our on-site events.

At each event, Access MBA matches selected candidates with top-ranked international business schools. Candidate profiles are screened by a team of in-house business education experts. These candidates are then matched with participating schools, with whom they meet at the event in a series of 20-minute One-to-One meetings. In this way, MBA candidates only spend time with those schools that correspond to their needs and expectations.
