Share & learn: Pride Outside of Pride with Lloyds Banking Group

It is estimated that  3.1% of the UKs working age population (aged 16+) identify as gay, lesbian or bisexual and whilst data concerning Transgender and Non Binary figures in the workplace continues to develop, we know the number of people identifying as Transgender and seeking support is doubling year on year.

The UK business community continues to do more to understand their workforce and it’s encouraging to see over half of TTCs Signatories (66%) are now collecting employee data on sexual orientation - 22 points higher than previous years

However, there is more work to be done to help improve inclusion for LGBTQ people and the challenges they face in the workplace. So we've teamed up with one of the UKs largest employers, Lloyds Banking Group, to host this 'Share and Learn' session aimed at helping Signatories learn how they can enhance their work cultures and inclusive practices in support of the LGBTQ community.

Lloyds Banking Group has one of the largest LGBTQ employee networks in the UK. Some of their leaders will be discussing and sharing their experiences and key learnings to date. The session includes:
