    Elliot O’Glasser is a Director of Human Resources for Danaher Corporation’s (NYSE: DHR) cancer diagnostics business, Leica Biosystems. In this role, he leads Human Resource strategies, programs, and tools to drive a high performing, developed, and engaged workforce for all of Leica Biosystems Enabling Functions, Globally . Elliot has held progressive roles throughout his time with Danaher. Prior to his current role, he served as the HR Business Partner to Corporate Executives in Washington, DC. Previously, he led global talent management initiatives across three of Danaher’s Operating Companies in the Dental industry (now Envista, NYSE: NVST). From 2017 to 2020, Elliot launched and chaired Danaher’s LGBTQ + Friends Associate Resource Group where he designed and executed strategies to strengthen LGBTQ inclusion within the company’s broader Diversity + Inclusion Strategy Before joining Danaher, Elliot spent four years in progressive HR roles with Schneider National (NYSE: SNDR), a provider of truckload, intermodal, and logistics services. He holds a BS from Indiana University and MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. In his spare time, you can find Elliot at the gym, hanging out with his German Shepherd, Onyx, or traveling.
