Trans and Non-Binary Leadership Summit

Out Leadership is holding The Out Leadership Trans Leadership Summit, the first trans business summit in history. This event will take place as a part of the US Summit on May 22nd, 2024 in New York.

The community is under attack like never before. Last year, over 500 anti-LGBTQ+ bills were introduced across the United States, largely targeting trans people.

The Trans Leadership Summit is a distinctive opportunity to stand for – and stand with – the trans community. Topics will include parental rights, medical care, and advocacy.

Join our stellar line-up of trans and nonbinary speakers, representatives from our nonprofit partners, and dozens of delegates from each of our member companies to champion the cause of trans equality.
