Desde myGwork, en colaboración con el IEOut&Allies, CENTRHO, Cámara de Comercio Británica en España, REDI, nuestros partners y Google lanzamos la segunda edición de este evento de buenas prácticas.

 

El panel tiene como objetivo dar visibilidad y compartir buenas prácticas para la atracción de talento LGBTQ+&Aliados internacional. Generar visibilidad del compromiso con la diversidad e inclusión LGBTQ+ en el ámbito corporativo. Así como y dar a conocer proyectos que permiten a las empresas e instituciones colaborar con entidades que dan soporte a personas refugiadas y migrantes LGBTQ+.

    A career diplomat since October 1989. My career has had a strong focus on multilateral affairs, human rights and gender equality. I have been posted in Amman, Jerusalem, London, Helsinki and the United Nations in New York, where I was political coordinator at the Security Council (term 2015-16) At the Foreign Ministry in Madrid I have held various positions at the United Nations and Human Rights Department, including director of the Human Rights Office (2005-2009). In 2009-10 I served as Transatlantic Diplomatic Fellow at the Department of State in Washington DC, as advisor on human rights and gender equality. In 2016-17 I spent a year as a Fellow at Harvard University, doing a research on the UN Security Council and its role in promoting human rights. I was later appointed Ambassador-Director of Spain’s Diplomatic Academy. In January 2021 I was appointed Director General for United Nations, Multilateral Organizations and Human Rights at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation in Madrid. In September 2022 I became Spain’s ambassador to Finland
