The under-24 demographic - known best as 'Gen-Z' - is an increasing market share of consumers and employees for businesses to consider when setting their focuses. With the rise of apps like TikTok and BeReal suggesting that Gen-Z want more spontaneous, less business-focused content; or the liberal social attitudes that often mark this generation out, businesses have much to take account of when deciding how to attract the interest of Gen-Z workers and consumers.
