I work across countries, cultures and languages, making good use of online technologies. In my coaching work, I give full attention to the client and use my interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust. The base we build this way, allows us to tackle whatever situation or issue that we discover during our conversations. I also design and deliver learning and development experiences aimed at helping people reach their optimal levels of performance at work. I have built an extensive experience in Inside Sales, business development and customer relations through over 20 years of active employment. I cooperated with clients and stakeholders from all over EU and the States in projects ranging from recruitment and management of professional personnel to customer relations with industry leaders in engineered products and business development through sales support. I am Polish by origin, spent several years living and working in Hungary, now enjoying being based in Madrid, Spain.
