  Fernando is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and experienced coach, and Human Resources and Learning consultant with more than 20 years of business experience in Europe, the Middle East & Latin America, with an expertise in hospitality and travel. Before setting up his own consulting firm in 2020 he held the position of Sr Director of Learning and Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Marriott Hotels International. He was responsible for talent programs including high-potential and career acceleration schemes, as well as employee engagement, wellness, and diversity and inclusion strategies. He has experience in project and change management, including system and process implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and brand/re-branding implementations. ​Fernando is a certified master trainer, team facilitator and practitioner for InsideOut Coaching, VitalSmarts (Crucial Conversations), Emotional Intelligence, Insights Discovery and Myers Briggs and he facilitates in Spanish and English.
