    Michelle Raymond is the Business Development Director at myGwork, a global networking hub and job board for LGBTQ+ professionals and graduates. In addition to being a public speaker and D&I consultant, Michelle is also an accomplished musician who performs under the artist name ‘Michi.’ She has graced the stage with some of the biggest names in music today including Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, DJ Marshmello, Rita Ora, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

    Annie Bartley is a lesbian designer, creative director and brand design expert with over 16 years experience working for brands including Unilever, BBC, Royal Academy of Arts and Toni&Guy. Annie started her career in 2008, freelancing across hair and lifestyle magazines before being head-hunted to work for a host of established and up and coming hair and beauty brands for in-store, in-salon and eCommerce. In 2016 she opened up her self-titled studio, focusing on working with professional salon brands across the UK and Western Europe. In 2021, she launched her design agency, I Am Female, focusing on diversity and inclusion, giving a platform and voice to women and the LGBTQIA+ community in the creative industry. She continues to run I Am Female, offering a full concept to artworking creative service for brands looking to level up their brand, messaging, and packaging design & development, alongside using her social platforms to talk about diversity and inclusion, and how it is the key to pushing true innovation in design.
