    I am an experienced & passionate Diversity & Inclusion professional of over 16 years, building cultures of allyship, inclusion and belonging. Specialist in Allyship, Inclusive Leadership, ERG/employee network governance, LGBTQI+ inclusion, employee diversity data and self-identification. I joined Microsoft in 2020 after over 15 years at EY, where I joined the firm's Diversity & Inclusiveness team in 2007 after several years in EY’s Human Capital team. Before joining EY, I spent 4.5 years at Fidelity International, including time working in India on offshoring projects. I'm proud to have been named in the UK Pride Power List 2016 - 2023. Education-wise, I hold a BSc International Studies (Hons) degree from the Open University which I achieved during my time at EY and have more recently achieved a Level 7 Award in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and previously a Level 6 Award in Leadership and Management both from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). In 2019 I was also proud to have taken part in the first cohort of ESCP Europe Business School's LGBT+ Leadership Programme.

    Michelle Raymond is the Business Development Director at myGwork, a global networking hub and job board for LGBTQ+ professionals and graduates. In addition to being a public speaker and D&I consultant, Michelle is also an accomplished musician who performs under the artist name ‘Michi.’ She has graced the stage with some of the biggest names in music today including Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, DJ Marshmello, Rita Ora, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

    Andrew is academically a Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in many roles including analytical chemist, automation analyst and currently a Product Release Co-ordinator, auditor and data integrity SME. He has been a STEM Ambassador for many years and regularly hosted Science Clubs for local schools. In 2019 he started his local LGBT+ EBRG for MSD before rapidly going on to launch the EBRG across all of their UK sites and divisions. In 2021 Andrew launched the LGBT+ ERG for the new multi-national pharma company Organon, as the Global LGBT+ ERG Lead, working alongside colleagues from across the globe. Andrew recognises the power that collaboration brings and is always looking for opportunities to support, develop, educate, learn and bring equity to those around him. Outside of work life he's the proud owner of 2 Flatcoated Retrievers (both Crufts qualified!), a few different breeds of hens, Guinea fowl and peacocks. With an interest in travelling, music, finance, he still finds the time to be an uncle, step-father, Grandfather and Life Sponsor!
