    In addition to being a Managing Director in Protiviti’s Technology & Digital consulting practice, Belton is founder of Protiviti UK's LGBT+ group, which won best LGBT+ network in 2019 by the Inclusive Tech Alliance. Belton was shortlisted as a top 10 inspirational business leader in 2020 by the British LGBT+ awards, was recently listed as #18 on Yahoo Finance’s Top 100 Future Leaders, #15 on Yahoo Finance’s Top 100 Ethnic Minority Leaders and was featured on the top UK Black Role models, presented by Google. Belton was co-founder of Pride in the City with Pride in London where he ran a Mayor backed initiative dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusivity across London businesses.  In January 2021, Belton joined The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at the London School of Economics as an Advisory Board Member supporting their three-year innovative partnership programme bringing together research and practice to build more inclusive work environments. He has over a decade of experience supporting clients with deploying strategic solutions across some of the world’s leading financial services institutions, while maintaining a strong passion for ensuring diversity and inclusivity remain high on organisations business agenda.  He is extremely passionate about intersectionality, where he believes it is each person’s role to support other groups who are in the minority – “after all, we don’t want to preach to the converted, we want to educate and inspire people to be more aware and inclusive.” Belton also acts as an adviser to the UK Multicultural network, proCulture. He has experience delivering Cyber Security, Customer Experience, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Spreadsheet Risk and Compliance/Regulatory Risk programs across Europe. He has managed global teams across large organisations, as well as supporting small and medium-sized organisations to implement fit-for-purpose solutions.     Tashan is a Speaker, coach and workshop facilitator who specializes in empowering underserved leaders to bring their authentic selves to the forefront. Tashan is an ICF Member and Certified coach with a diploma in Life and Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy. With a decade of experience in the Data, Statistics and analytics world of advertising and media industry, most recently a leadership role as an Analytics Director, Tashan brings a data-driven approach to their work. Tashan is also passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is actively involved in advocacy groups such as Outvertising & NoTurningBack2020. Tashan also serves as a trustee for 'You Make it', a charity that helps young unemployed and underemployed women from Black and Asian backgrounds. Tashan draws from their unique perspective as a Black and Queer individual and is dedicated to empowering diverse communities through their work.

    Dee McDougal is Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Capco where she leads the firm’s global DEI strategy and programs. Dee joined the firm from a midsize commercial bank, where she led education and engagement programs for internal and external audiences, including candidates, employees, clients, partners, suppliers and community groups. Previous positions also include Vice President, Marketing & Communication and roles in banking compliance and commercial real estate development. Dee has been a member of several industry committees and advisory groups, including the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Group and Professional Development Council of the American Bankers Association. She was named one of Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, and was named a BizWomen Headliner and Rising Star by American City Business Journals.

    Quinnie Wong is Pfizer’s Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Director. She leads the DEI strategy for Pfizer’s Global Sciences and Business Innovation organizations, as well as the company’s DEI Communications. Before joining Pfizer, she was on Verizon’s DEI Leadership Team overseeing DEI branding, communications, and diversity partnerships. Prior to Verizon, she was on the Motorola Solutions Learning Organization’s Leadership Team driving external/internal communications. Earlier in her career, she was the Online Marketing Director at Dale Carnegie Training; Head of Marketing at Yahoo Hong Kong; and the Southeast Asia Regional Marketing Manager for Shell. Quinnie holds a B.A. degree from Wellesley College. She is fluent in English and Chinese, and a 2020 OCA Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement awardee. She also serves on the board of Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Central New Jersey Chapter.
