Karn is a storyteller at heart; a perfect blend of creative, technical and managerial skills. He has experience in directing, producing and marketing content for various platforms including theatrical, TV, digital & OTT. He has also worked on international projects for two UK-based productions and a Hollywood release. Karn was born in Jaipur, Rajasthan and is now settled in Mumbai, India with his dog KOKO!

With a decade of experience in the Data, Statistics and analytics world of advertising and media industry, most recently a leadership role as an Analytics Director, Tashan brings a data-driven approach to their work. Tashan is also passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is actively involved in advocacy groups such as Outvertising & NoTurningBack2020. Tashan also serves as a trustee for 'You Make it', a charity that helps young unemployed and underemployed women from Black and Asian backgrounds. Tashan draws from their unique perspective as a Black and Queer individual and is dedicated to empowering diverse communities through their work.

    Luca is a finance professional with 20 years of international experience across different roles and industries. He started his career in investment banking at Citi in London, where he covered Italian clients across different products such as M&A and equity/debt capital markets between 2003 and 2009. After his MBA at London Business School, he joined adidas where he spent 11 years with 5 roles in 4 different countries – namely he was CFO for Argentina, then CFO for Brasil, then Finance VP for Latin America, based in Panamá, leading a €1.7bn business across 7 regional offices. His last role at adidas was VP Brand Finance at the Global HQ in Germany, supporting the entire marketing organization globally across finance and strategic decisions. After leaving adidas in April 2022, he joined lululemon in August 2022 and he currently leads the International FP&A team, from Shanghai to Hong Kong and London. In his role Luca supports the international leadership team in the fast paced growth of the brand across international markets, outside of North America. Luca is married to Richard, has two dogs, loves travelling, cooking, gourmet restaurants and wines and is a passionate runner.

    Hong Kwon has over 27 years of experience in the UN system including 23 years in human resource management and 4 years in development. He currently serves as Chief of Strategic Talent Management Service in the Office of Human resources, UN Secretariat, providing leadership to designing, communicating and implementing global talent management strategies. Prior to that, he was the Director of Human Resources in UNESCO ensuring that the organization is equipped with right talent to fulfill its mandates and objectives, particularly the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and sphere heading modernizing HR practices and policies. He previously worked as Chief of Staffing in the UN Secretariat and his main achievements included the implementation of the new staff selection and managed mobility framework and online assessment and contributing to the UN System Gender Parity Strategy. He first joined the UN Secretariat through the National Competitive Examination (currently Young Professionals Programme) and his first assignment was in the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Bangkok as Associate Programme Officer in area of transport and infrastructure development.
