    Leonardo is the Education Specialist at IFC advisory services team. He leads the Digital Transformation accelerator program for tertiary education D4TEP, in addition to projects to improve employability services at higher education institutions. Before joining IFC, Leonardo worked as Corporate Relations Director at IE Business School, creating alliances with global public and private companies to enable leadership development through corporate learning and applied research. He created a new service line for online corporate programs, which included co-designed solutions tailored for each client. He is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, has been the corporate leader of the IE Diversity Center, and leader of the Resources Groups for Women and LGBT employees at IE. Author of several articles on economic analysis for the Spanish newspaper Expasión, Leonardo is a civil engineer graduate from the Federal University of Pernambuco, MBA and MA in International Relations from IE Business School, and graduate from the United Nations Graduate Program in Geneva.

    Devin Ibañez is the first openly gay Major League Rugby player and is dedicated to LGBTQ+ advocacy in sport. He hopes to inspire the next generation of LGBTQ+ athletes and make sport an inclusive space for them. Raised in Boston, MA, Devin played for Major League Rugby team, the New England Free Jacks, in their 2019 exhibition season. He won a gold medal while representing Team USA at the 2017 World Maccabiah Games in Israel. He also won the 2018 D1 National Championship with his club team, Mystic River Rugby Club. When not playing, Devin has coached rugby at Westlake Boys High School in New Zealand, his alma mater Brookline High School and most recently with the Northeast Academy. He holds a degree in sport management and education from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Devin was announced Global Ambassador for International Gay Rugby (IGR) in May 2021. He is now looking towards a career in Public Speaking and Community Engagement. As of December 2023, Devin joined myGwork as a Customer Success Manager, the largest global business community for LGBTQ+ professionals and inclusive employers.

    MD from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), he took his first steps in pharmaceutical sciences during his PhD. During that time, he published various works in international journals. After working on the COVID-19 pandemic efforts, he began his career within the pharmaceutical industry reaching the Clinical Research Associate position. She is part of the PRIDE+ BRG of the company where she works, contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts.
