Our keynote is delivered by Jason Bricker, from Booking.com. Jason is currently the Head of Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging & Wellbeing for Booking.com in Amsterdam where he’s using his 18+ years of D&I experience to further Booking's mission to "make it easier for everyone to experience the world." Prior to joining Booking, he spent seven years as the Director of Corporate Relations for the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) where he worked to ensure the financial future of the country's largest LGBTQ nonprofit organization and strengthen the relationship between HRC and their corporate partners. While overseeing the National Corporate Partner program causing marketing efforts for HRC, Jason had the opportunity to work directly with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) executives and teams across the private sector to ensure that DEI efforts are embedded in the mission and culture of companies and connected to their workforce.
