Before joining Mercer in 2012, she lived for 12 years in Dublin where she performed a number of finance roles in the insurance and reinsurance industry in different companies, including Canada Life, nSpire Re (Fairfax subsidiary), XL Insurance, Metlife and AIB Bank. Esther is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a degree in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
