Los grupos de empleados (ERGs) no buscan crear nichos dentro las empresas. Por el contrario, buscan sensibilizar sobre realidades diferentes, generando una mayor sensación de equipo y unión. La existencia de diferentes ERGs de mujeres, latinxs, veteranos, etcétera..., nos muestra como estos diferentes grupos son grandes aliados de grupos a que no pertenecen. En el panel tendremos representantes de estos diferentes networks para hablar de cómo las iniciativas que se desarrollan generan comunidad y un mejor ambiente de empresa.

    Based in Madrid, Esther is the Europe Region FP&A Manager in Mercer (a business of Marsh McLennan). Before taking over this role, Esther was the Finance Director for Mercer Portugal and prior to that she held various finance positions in Marsh Mclennan. Before joining Mercer in 2012, she lived for 12 years in Dublin where she performed a number of finance roles in the insurance and reinsurance industry in different companies, including Canada Life, nSpire Re (Fairfax subsidiary), XL Insurance, Metlife and AIB Bank. Esther is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a degree in Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Esther is the co-chair of Mercer PRIDE Europe since 2020, the LGBTIQA+ resource group in Mercer.
