  I am a transgender woman and published author. I work with global brands and institutions to bring awareness of the transition journey. Transition requires employers to understand this incredible journey so that they can offer the right support at the right time. I bring my knowledge of the corporate world, as a member of the Worldwide Leadership team at Microsoft , as a CEO of a global business and as a person who helped build a start up into a $Billion company - I combine my understanding of business with my communication skills to create understanding. I work as an advisor to D&I leaders and as a NED / board advisor.
