42nd in this year's Stonewall Workplace Equality Index

We have been ranked 42nd in this year's Stonewall Workplace Equality Index – climbing a whopping 37 places. This, as well as maintaining our position in the top 100 employers, gold award holders and the top 25 law firms in the index.

Stonewall is Europe’s largest charity for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people, and champion and fight for the rights and inclusion of all LGBTQ+ people in every step of their lives.

This ranking pays testament to our commitment to promote greater diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within the firm and amongst our people. Alongside building upon our ESG vision and the ongoing work of our Responsible Business team and  RAIN Community and its allies.
