AB InBev Diversity and Inclusion Commitments

During EFMD Global Fair, organized by Highered Diversity & Inclusion Manager for AB InBev's European Zone Lara Laila Gärber, under the title of “How AB InBev creates a future with more diversity, inclusion & cheers”, discussed building and implementing a strategy that includes training, recruitment, employer branding and engagement to attract, recruit and develop the best talent while fostering an inclusive environment.


Lara Laila Gärber joined AB InBev Europe in 2016 as Global Management Trainee and continued the journey as Trade Marketing Manager Germany, Talent & Development Manager BeNeFraLux, and currently takes care of Diversity and Inclusion in Europe.




Currently working as a Diversity & Inclusion Manager for AB InBev's European Zone, which involves building a strategy and its implementation, including training, recruitment, employer branding, and engagement to attract, recruit and develop the best talents while fostering an inclusive environment.
