Ariana Grande Says “Gays Have Always Had My Heart” At Manchester Pride Show

Ariana Grande returned to Manchester and she continuously expressed her love for the people of Manchester throughout her 30-minute set.

“The gays have always had my heart, personally,” she said between songs.

“I’m so happy to be here with you, it means the world, so thank you for having me,” she said. She continued: “I’m sorry, I’m so nervous, I had so much more to say but I’m like very overwhelmed so thank you. It’s so beautiful, I love you so much.”

Waving a rainbow-colored flag, Grande told the crowd she was “so happy” to share in the celebrations. “I spent some of the happiest times in my teenage years singing in gay bars in New York City,” she said.

“It’s always been such a special thing for me so thank you so much for accepting and celebrating me and letting me celebrate you guys. This is such a special feeling so thank you so so so much – I’m so happy to share this with you guys."

Back in May 2017, at her headliner concert in Manchester the tragic terrorist attack had taken place.
