WorkFair is not far off! In addition to visiting our inclusive organisations at their booths, and talking to recruiters about vacancies, we also have a number of free workshops for you to sign up for.

Aimed at equipping you for your next job application or inclusive career, check them out:

1pm - 2pm BST: Attracting Top Talent

How do you attract expert talent? How do you build a team internationally? We'll be hosting a panel this WorkFair to discuss managing teams across borders, attracting and retaining talent across industries, and other lessons for improving your team.

2pm - 3pm BST: How To Secure a Graduate Job

In this panel, we'll be hearing from graduate recruiters and industry professionals to find out more about what students can be doing to proactively secure their graduate job, and learn how to approach the rapidly-shifting job market with the confidence they need to get on the path to their inclusive career.

3pm - 4pm BST:  CV Writing

Join us when Rafal Szaniawski, professional Leadership and Career Coach, will be delivering a lesson on CVs during the #Workfair covering: Profile, Core Skills / Competencies, Work Experience, Education / Courses/ Qualifications, Interest and Hobbies, References and more.

4pm - 5pm BST: ERGs, How Can I Get Involved?

As ERGs continue to play a key role, and businesses either found new ERGs or expand current ones, staff involvement is key to shaping a happy and healthy workplace. In this panel, we'll hear from people who are supporting their workplace ERGs to find out about the work they're doing, the power ERGs hold, and how you can have your say in empowering your workplace.

5pm - 6pm BST: Effective Job Search and Personal Branding

In this 1 hour session, we will look at ways to make your job search more effective and how to increase your chances of success in your job search. We will also look at ways to make sure you are on top of your personal brand, all intended to increase your chances of getting that important interview.

6pm - 7pm BST: Bringing Your Whole Self to Work

Being in the closet creates additional pressure, stress, and unease for LGBTQ+ people. In the workplace, this can lead to barriers and underperformance. In this panel, we'll be exploring the experiences of LGBTQ+ people at work, listening to advice on coming out at the office, and how you can navigate your way through to ensuring that you are able to be your true, authentic self when you go to work.

7pm - 8pm BST: Understanding Your Purpose, Values and Strengths
Coach & Learning expert, David Liversage is delighted to be teaming up with mygwork to deliver a series of workshops to help you with career development and personal growth.
