Our diversity and inclusion strategy acknowledges how and where we can do better. We are at the start of this journey, and it is one that will never be “done”, as we continually reflect and take action to ensure that we are always working to create an inclusive culture and diverse workplace.

It was an honour to be recognised and shortlisted for this award and although we didn’t win, we remain committed to driving our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy forward.
