lululemon | Diversity & Inclusion in Fashion 2023

We’re so proud of our lululemon collective for all the work we do to foster Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The collaboration with The MBS Group and the British Fashion Council brings light to important issues we continue to see across the region and of how much there’s still to do to remove barriers for underserved communities.

Stacia Marie Jones, Esq. talked about our approach to IDEA and our commitment to creating environments where psychological safety allows difficult conversations, learning, and growth. In EMEA, the main reason our achievements take place is a strong leadership team that is committed to enabling our growth. Andre Maestrini and Sarah Clark continue to challenge us and engage our whole collective to be in action and infuse IDEA into everything we do.
