The corporate world doesn’t always offer equal opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community, but after Andrés, our Director of Clinical Data Management, joined our team in 2019, he quickly found his place by joining our Rainbow Alliance Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG). Now, as the Global Co-Lead of our Rainbow Alliance EBRG, he can continue to grow a safe and inclusive workspace for his community with the support of our entire team.
