Digital Leaders has announced myGwork as a finalist in the 6th Digital Leaders Impact Awards 2022 celebrating UK tech for good.
The global LGBTQ+ business platform has been shortlisted today as one of the top three organizations in the Employment & Skills category. The Digital Leaders Impact Awards celebrate the digital technology innovations that improve people’s lives and the world around us, and deliver digital products or services for positive social impact.
“With almost 500 entries this year, the competition was fiercer than ever before,” highlighted the award organiser. The final winners will depend on the “People’s Choice” vote, which opens today.
Commenting on being shortlisted for this coveted award, brothers and Co-founders of myGwork, Adrien (CMO) and Pierre Gaubert (CEO), stated: “We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for the Digital Leaders Impact Awards for the Employment & Skills category for delivering digital services that have a positive social impact. Despite the pandemic, myGwork has successfully been able to leverage tech to support training and mentoring for our professional community, as well as provide organizations with access to highly qualified LGBTQ+ talent.”
The Gaubert brothers who were also recently honored among the Top 100 Global LGBT+ OUTstanding Executives, attribute the company’s successful growth to the team’s swift response to fast-changing market conditions during the pandemic. This includes the creation of innovative services, online training and events for both its professional members and corporate clients, such as #WorkPride and #WorkFair.
myGwork's fast-growing network of LGBTQ+ professionals and allies has helped more than 300 clients to attract and retain LGBTQ+ talent since 2014, and is also empowering and providing the LGBTQ+ community a safe space where they can connect with inclusive employers, find jobs, mentors, professional events, LGBTQ+ news and more.
