Nikki Collinson: Why I Joined the Fight for LGBTQ+ Equality

I joined the LGBTQ+ community in its fight for equality the moment my niece was born to her amazing Mummy and brilliant Mama. I want, more than anything in the world, for Imogen to grow up in a world where having two mums is not just accepted, it’s celebrated. As an ally, activism comes in many forms, but I really found at Reckitt my place to make a difference. It started with a small unofficial ERG in 2019, which I’ve seen grow into a powerful global forum, making positive changes for employees and beginning the journey to externally advocate for LGBTQ+ rights worldwide.
