Novartis India: a Truly Inclusive Workplace for All!

Four years ago, the Indian Supreme Court decriminalized Sec 377, thereby marking a huge step forward for the LGBTQI+ community. Since then, our AGLOW Employee Resource Group along with our leaders have been persistently driving inclusion for our Indian LGBTQI+ associates, through awareness campaigns, changes to internal policies and community outreach. Remaining curious and open to all diversities has helped us to make Novartis India a truly inclusive workplace for all!
