&PROUD Dentsu Aegis LGBT+ Network
When a group of impassioned people from across our business came forward and said they wanted to launch an LGBT+ network to help champion inclusion and positive change, we were right behind them.
And so, &PROUD came into being with a splash across social media, Out-of-Home and with a live event at our London HQ. In total, the launch campaign was seen almost 2 million times, putting LGBT+ equality and inclusion centre stage. Check out the main event and some key stats from the day...WHAT'S THE MISSION?

&PROUD's goals are rooted in five key mission statements:
Ensure that our policies are always as inclusive as they can be and fully consider the needs of the LGBT+ community.
Inspire and encourage champions and allies within our business to support LGBT+ inclusion and facilitate a culture of acceptance, and awareness of issues faced by the LGBT+ community.
Provide support and information to LGBT+ people and allies working or seeking to work with us, about issues that affect the LGBT+ community, their friends and family.
Work with our clients and partners to ensure fair representation of LGBT+ people within advertising, not just for Pride but all year round.
Engage with the wider LGBT+ community and demonstrate corporate social responsibility by supporting and partnering with a chosen diversity related charity.
&PROUD is now working closing with Stonewall, the UK's leading LGBT+ advocacy group and Dentsu Aegis are proud members of Stonewall's Diversity Champions programme. In their first year, &PROUD have chosen to partner with Diversity Role Models, supporting their important work in tackling homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying in schools.
