About IEOut & Allies Club
Championing LGBTIQ+ rights has always been at the forefront of IE Out & Allies Club’s cornerstones—educating, promoting, and spreading inclusive practices towards the community to foster a supportive network in and beyond the campus. We strive to be known as the purveyors of inclusivity and respect through IE University’s guiding light and the different institutions’ collective efforts to effect a positive and lasting change in the society.
Collaborations & Partnerships
To widen the scale and scope of impact, we have also been continuously partnering with other universities and business schools, harnessing synergies and expanding our combined network. Further, the organization has been actively partaking in global events that advance the LGBTQ+ agenda primarily in Europe and the United States, promoting diversity and creating new vibrant experiences.
LGBT+@Work Conference
IEOut & Allies is the main organizer of IE University's LGBT+@Work Conference, which takes place in July during Pride Month. This is the most outstanding event of IE, where several pioneering companies in LGBTIQ+ rights where we find several companies that are invested in LGBTQ+ rights. These companies sponsor us and are there to promote professional inclusion by offering discoveries of the company's activities but also recruitment. In addition, people from the business world come as speakers, telling their stories and testimonies as motivation in our fight for LGBTQ+ rights.
