The Centers of Excellence collaborate across their respective efforts to reflect the intersectionality of the different communities they represent. In addition to coordinating programs and initiatives to strengthen our internal culture of inclusion and raise the visibility of their communities, the Centers of Excellence amplify our lines of business’ work to deliver inclusive products, services and advice for clients and customers. They also work with a wide array of local and national organizations in the communities we serve.

We have earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for 20 consecutive years. Starting with our very first PRIDE business resource group in 1996, we recently strengthened our commitment by creating the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs – a full-time, dedicated team to deliver on our global LGBTQ+ agenda.

The Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs partners closely with stakeholders across the firm to promote intersectionality and leverage our combined resources to deliver equity and inclusion for LGBTQ+ employees, clients, partners, and communities, worldwide.

PRIDE Business Resource Group

Our official LGBTQ+ business resource group, with over 30,000 members globally, offers local expertise, events, and personal development opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies.

LGBTQ+ Executive Forum

A group of more than 500 ‘out’ senior leaders across the firm serving as advocates for the LGBTQ+ community globally and examples of proud, visible leadership.

LGBTQ+ Families Community

A network of support for family members and caregivers of LGBTQ+ people and LGBTQ+ employees seeking support with their family relationships.

Gender Expansive Council

The Council represents the collective voice of transgender and gender-expansive employees at JPMorgan Chase and provides guidance on matters of gender identity and expression.

Bi+ Council

Bringing the full diversity of the LGBTQ+ community to the table, providing education and training on bi+ matters and fostering a welcoming bi+ community.

Global Allies Council

This committee fosters an engaged and supportive LGBTQ+ ally community at the firm and facilitates awareness and understanding among all.
