Certified in Mexico, Not Just in Head Office: RS Group Is Hiring in Monterrey and Mexico City

September 3, 2026

A global inclusion policy is only worth what it delivers locally. RS Group has just done the thing that proves the difference: in 2026, its first year of participation, it earned "Best Places to Work LGBTQ+" certification from HRC Equidad MX, the Human Rights Campaign's Mexican workplace equality programme. That is a Mexico-specific assessment of a Mexico-based workforce — and RS is hiring there now, with 125 live roles on myGwork.

Spectrum, and a benefit that names the procedure

RS Group's LGBTQ+ employee network is Spectrum. It sits alongside four others: Elevate for gender equality, Embrace for colleagues of colour, LifeWorks for wellbeing and neurodiversity, and Bloomers for early-career professionals aged 18 to 30.

The benefit worth reading closely is Enhanced Gender Identity Support, which RS describes as covering counselling, specialist consultations, surgery and therapy for trans colleagues. Most employers say "trans-inclusive healthcare" and leave you to discover what that means at the point you need it. Naming the components is a different level of commitment.

Externally, RS earned the Equality 100 Award with a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign's 2025 Corporate Equality Index, and again in 2026 — two consecutive perfect scores. Its community partners include Trinity Pride and Gay for Good, and every colleague gets two paid volunteering days a year.

Umut Payzin-Kögel, who leads across sales, customer service, product management and marketing for RS in EMEA, described the arrival experience to Attitude: "When I started working in RS, I found an environment where people gave me the feeling that I am okay as I am."

Bloomers, and the apprenticeship record

RS supported 238 UK colleagues through apprenticeships in 2025/26 and recruited more than 100 new apprentices, interns and early-careers hires globally. It ranked 86th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2025, and is trialling a new graduate programme focused on data and AI skills.

The detail that matters: everyone joining through an early-careers route gets automatic membership of Bloomers, plus a peer buddy, a personal development plan and access to the company's learning academy. You are placed into a community on day one rather than left to find one.
