LGBTQ+ Inclusive Employers Hiring Now: 42 Companies by Industry and Country

September 3, 2026

Searching for an employer who will not make your identity a problem is a different task from searching for a job. The vacancy tells you the salary and the location. It does not tell you whether the parental leave policy covers a non-birth parent, whether there is written guidance for a colleague who transitions, or whether the LGBTQ+ network is a mailing list or a funded programme with an executive sponsor.

This page collects the myGwork partner organisations we have profiled in detail, grouped by industry and by region, so you can start from the employer rather than the job title. Every one is an active myGwork partner with live vacancies on the platform. Each links to a full profile of what that employer actually offers, and from there to their current openings.

What separates a genuinely inclusive employer from a well-designed careers page

Four things are worth checking before you apply anywhere, and they recur throughout the profiles below.

  • Written policy, not goodwill. Documented gender-transition guidelines are the difference between a manager improvising and a manager following a process. Ask whether the guidance exists in writing.
  • Benefits that name you. Parental leave that explicitly covers non-birth parents, partner cover that includes adoption and surrogacy, and healthcare without transgender exclusions. Policies that require you to argue your case are policies that will require you to argue your case.
  • Networks with resources. An employee network with an executive sponsor, a budget and a remit to review company policy does different work from one that organises a Pride float.
  • Local reality, not global statement. A global inclusion policy is only as good as its regional sponsorship. If you are applying in a country where national protections are incomplete, your employer's own written policy is what will actually govern your working life.

LGBTQ+ inclusive employers by industry

Technology, telecoms and digital

The sector publishes the most inclusion data and, on our platform, posts the most roles. It is also where remote work is most established.

Banking, insurance and financial data

Financial services has some of the longest-running LGBT+ employee networks in business — several predate the policies most sectors now take for granted.

  • Bank of America — banking and credit roles in Dublin and across EMEA
  • Deutsche Bank — banking and technology roles in India, the UK and Germany
  • Santander UK — retail and corporate banking across the United Kingdom
  • Standard Chartered — banking roles across its Asian markets

  • Fitch Group — credit ratings and research in Manchester, London, Toronto and Tokyo
  • S&P Global — financial data and ratings across London, New York, Chicago and Toronto

Pharmaceuticals, life sciences and research

Science employers tend to hire in dense clusters — Basel, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dublin — which makes them worth knowing if you are considering a move.

  • Pfizer — pharmaceutical research, manufacturing and commercial roles in the US
  • Novartis — pharmaceutical roles split between Basel and Hyderabad
  • MSD — pharmaceutical manufacturing and science roles across Ireland
  • GSK — biopharma research and commercial roles in the UK
  • Danaher — life sciences and diagnostics from Mexico City to Tokyo
  • Thermo Fisher Scientific — laboratory science, engineering and IT in Bangalore and worldwide
  • Elsevier — science publishing, data and editorial roles

Engineering, manufacturing and the built environment

Historically the sectors LGBTQ+ jobseekers approached most cautiously, and the ones where a named network and a written policy change the calculation most.

  • ABB — electrification and automation engineering in India and worldwide
  • Arup — engineering and built-environment roles in Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and Newcastle
  • Jabil — engineering and advanced manufacturing across Mexico
  • JLL — real estate and facilities roles in Metro Manila and across Asia Pacific
  • Ferguson — skilled trades, distribution and counter sales across the United States
  • RS Group — industrial and electronics distribution in Mexico, France and the Netherlands

Consumer goods, food and retail

Large workforces, wide geographic spread and a high proportion of early-careers and store-based roles.

  • Coca-Cola — commercial and supply chain roles centred on Madrid
  • Kraft Heinz — food industry roles in New Zealand and across Europe
  • Mars — graduate schemes, internships and apprenticeships across Europe
  • Reckitt — consumer health and hygiene roles on a global footprint
  • Compass Group — food service and hospitality roles across the UK and Ireland
  • Inditex — fashion retail, design and logistics roles in Spain and beyond
  • lululemon — retail and store leadership roles across North America
  • VF Corporation — apparel and footwear roles across its Swiss EMEA campus, Belgium and Portugal

Media, gaming and entertainment

Creative and technology roles, often concentrated in a single production hub.

  • Warner Bros. Discovery — media, technology and production roles centred on Warsaw
  • Entain — sports betting and gaming roles across the UK
  • Sony Pictures — film and television roles in Culver City and São Paulo

Remote and hybrid first

Employers whose openings are advertised as remote or hybrid by default rather than by exception — which matters if you live somewhere your legal protections are thinner than your employer's policy.

  • IMAN Group — remote and hybrid roles right across Spain
  • eBay — e-commerce roles with genuine remote and hybrid options
  • Wise — fintech roles in London, Tallinn, Budapest, Singapore and Austin
  • RWS — remote language and content technology roles in Brazil

How to search from here

Every profile linked above sits alongside that organisation's live vacancies on myGwork. If you would rather start from the role than the employer, the myGwork jobs board carries every partner's openings in one place, filterable by location and by remote working. The organisations directory lists every partner, including those not yet profiled here.

This page is updated as we profile more partners. Role counts and locations move quickly, so treat the linked profiles as the starting point and the live jobs pages as the current position.

myGwork is the Inclusive Talent Platform, connecting LGBTQ+ professionals and graduates with employers who have done the work.
